S'more Pumpkin Cakes, Please!

 

 

 

 

Ingredients Needed

  • 1 DRUNKIN’ PUMPKIN BEER CAKE MIX
  • 1 beer
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 T butter, melted
  • 2 T sugar
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
CHOCOLATE FROSTING
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • ½ stick real butter, room temperature
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 ... combine crumbs, sugar, butter & then press 1 T into bottom of each cupcake liner ... prepare beer cake mix as directed ... fill liners ¾ full of batter ... bake 15-18 minutes ... cool
To make frosting: blend cream cheese & butter ... slowly add powdered sugar, cocoa, vanilla ... whip until fluffy ... frost first with 1 T marshmallow fluff ... cover with frosting
