“Put the Lime in the Coconut” Macaroons

...and eat them all up! Quick treats with a sweet island taste!

Ingredients Needed

  • 1  KEY LIME MARGARITA DIP MIX
  • 2 cups coconut, shredded
  • 3 egg whites, whipped
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup chocolate, melted

Instructions

Whip egg whites, dry dip mix & salt until frothy ... fold in coconut ... drop T sized dollops on greased cookie sheet ... bake @325 ... 20 minutes until coconut begins to brown ... drizzle with chocolate
