Fiesta Corn Salsa


Got the beer, got the chips, and now all you need is a great dip with a kick and here it is. 

 Ingredients Needed


 2    cans corn, drained - mexicorn, shoepeg, or regular, etc.

 2    cans Rotel tomatoes, drained or 4 diced fresh 

       tomatoes, diced & 1 diced red onion

 1/4  cup beer - adjust amount to desired consistency



Mix all ingredients together ... refrigerate for a few hours & VOILA!

*may add some fresh squeezed lime juice before serving
