Smokin’ Stuffed ‘shrooms

Hints of chipotle in these mushrooms will make your party a smokin' good time!

Ingredients Needed

  • 1 SWEET & SMOKEY SPINACH DIP MIX
  • 1 lb sausage (cooked & crumbled)
  • 2 T real butter
  • 24 oz. fresh mushrooms (separate & chop only the stems)
  • 1 8 oz. block cream cheese
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

Instructions

Add butter to chopped stems ... microwave two minutes ... stir ... add dip mix, cream cheese, sausage & Parmesan cheese ... stir ... stuff mushroom caps with mix ... bake @ 350 ... 20 minutes ... serve warm
